Online card checkout is being set up. Once it is live, the Buy button on each plan opens a secure checkout run by our payment partner, and your plan is activated automatically.
Email hi@aquor.app or WeChat jasonlee-777 with the plan you want. After payment we send you an activation code; enter it under Activation code in the bottom-left corner of the app. Renewals use the same place, and unused days are added on, never lost.
Upgrades: you can move to a higher plan at any time; your remaining time is converted and carried over. Downgrades are not supported — the app blocks them so you never pay for fewer store profiles.

An account is tied to one computer. You can move it to a new computer yourself (there is a 7-day cooldown between moves) — no need to contact support.
If you want each store to use its own network connection, yes. Xinghai is browser software only — we do not sell or provide proxies, IP addresses or VPN services. You can enter your own HTTP or SOCKS5 proxy for each store profile.

You can create sub-accounts for your staff and give each one access to specific stores. Staff can open those stores and work in them, but cannot see the proxies or passwords you configured.
